Drunken Husband Tries to Kill Wife, Reporter Rescues Terrified Women from Street at Jamaldaha [VIDEO]

Webdesk, TNI Jamaldaha, 29^th August, 2017: A drunken man today tried to kill his wife with sharp instruments at Jamaldaha at around 9 pm. The women then fled from the spot with her 1-year-old child. At around 12 am an English Newsportal reporter spotted her in the street. He immediately called the police and took her to the Jamaldaha hospital. It is later known that the woman is presently staying with her husband at the Super Market area. From Jamaldaha hospital she was referred to Jalpaiguri Sadar Hospital. However, locals took her to her husband’s place instead of Jalpaiguri hospital. Police reached the spot but could not trace her accused husband.
